# Integrations overview

> Find an app and understand what its connection can do

## Why this matters

An app connection can bring your existing contacts into Nudgen, so you can choose an audience for your campaigns. Available features differ by app and by workspace configuration. Check the app's details before relying on a sync or customer event.

## Find an app

1. Open **Settings** → **Integration** in the Nudgen app.
2. Search by app name or filter by **CRM**, **E-commerce**, **Sales & Customer Support**, or **Marketing & Social Media**.
3. Select **Connect** or **View details** on an app. The details page shows its current availability and any provider requirements.

The **Connected apps** section shows existing connections, status, last sync time when available, and a **Manage** link. A **Native integration** label identifies a connection managed through Nudgen's native flow.

## Understand availability

| What you see | What it means |
| ------------------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Contact sync available** | This connection's contact import has been enabled for your workspace. You can continue to setup. |
| **Verification pending** | Nudgen is still verifying the app's connection or contact sync. Open its details for the current next step. |
| **Connection setup needed** | Nudgen needs to configure the app before you can connect. Contact Nudgen support. |
| **Contact sync not implemented yet** | Contact import for this app is not ready. |
| **Sync unavailable** | The provider has a documented limitation for contact sync. |

An app may allow **Composio app access** while contact sync is unavailable. In that case, its management page says so explicitly. The directory may also show a connection method such as **OAuth** or **API key** when that method is configured and the integration is available. These badges describe the selected connection configuration; they do not promise that every feature of the provider works in Nudgen.

Customer event support is assessed separately from contact sync. See [Lifetime campaign events](/en/integrations/lifetime-events).
