Usage meters
On the Billing page you’ll see:- Contacts used — Current count vs your plan limit
- Emails sent this month — Resets each billing cycle
- Drip sequences used — Active sequences vs limit (if applicable)
When you hit limits
- Contact limit: New uploads or adds are blocked until you remove contacts or upgrade.
- Email cap: Sending is blocked until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Already-queued emails may still send up to the cap.
- Rate limits: Too many requests (e.g. API or sends) can be temporarily rate-limited to protect the service.
Upgrade or change plan
- Go to Billing.
- Find your current plan and click Upgrade or Change plan.
- You’ll be redirected to the checkout (powered by Polar).
- Complete payment. Your new plan and limits take effect immediately.
Customer portal
Use the Manage subscription or Billing portal link to:- Update payment method
- View and download invoices
- Cancel or change your subscription

- Stay within limits to avoid blocked uploads or sends.
- Upgrade before trial ends to keep using Nudgen without interruption.
