Use this checklist to get your workspace and first campaign in place. Each step links to the relevant guide.

1. Sign in and confirm workspace

  • Go to nudgen.net and sign in with Google.
  • You land on the Dashboard. Confirm the workspace (team) in the sidebar header matches the one you want. Switch with the team switcher if you have multiple workspaces.

2. Invite your team (optional)

  • Go to SettingsTeam.
  • Invite members by email. Copy the invite link or resend as needed.
  • Assign roles and remove or change access as needed.

3. Upload contacts

  • Open Contacts and upload a CSV (email required, name optional) or add contacts manually.
  • Add tags if you use segmentation (e.g. trial, churned).
  • Confirm contacts appear and are within your plan limits.

4. Configure brand and signatures

  • Go to Brand and create or select a brand config. Choose a tone preset and optionally add a custom prompt or example emails.
  • Go to SettingsSignatures and create at least one signature. You’ll attach it when creating campaigns.
  • Optionally set SettingsBrand (brand identity: name, reply-to email, logo) for From headers and AI context.

5. Send your first campaign

  • Go to CampaignsNew campaign.
  • Complete Campaign Setup (type, audience, CTA link, brand, signature, goal).
  • In Content Generation, generate copy, edit if needed, preview, and send a test email.
  • In Finalize, set stop rules for drip if needed, then Send now or Schedule.

6. Review analytics

  • Open the Dashboard to see overview metrics and the campaigns table.
  • Open a campaign detail page for recipient-level stats and time-series.
