What this page helps you do
Configure the global identity for your brand. This information is used for “From” headers in your emails, provides context to the AI for more accurate generation, and sets the default language for your campaign copy.
Before you start
- A Nudgen account
- Owner or admin role
- Your brand assets (name, logo, and sender email)
Brand identity settings
Go to Settings → Brand in the dashboard to access these options:
| Option | Description |
|---|
| Brand name | Your company or product name (e.g., “Nudgen”). used in AI context. |
| Brand email | The default reply-to email address for your campaigns (e.g., [email protected]). |
| Brand description | A short summary of what your brand does. Helps the AI write better copy. |
| Email language | The default language the AI uses when generating subject lines and bodies. |
| Logo | Your brand’s logo (PNG or JPEG, max 5MB). Used for email templates and previews. |
Supported email languages
Nudgen supports a wide range of languages for AI-generated email copy. You can set the default in Settings → Brand, or change it on a per-campaign basis.
